What We Pay

Standard UGC (15-45s): €80-180 per video depending on complexity, niche expertise, and usage rights.

Hook cutdowns: €25-40 per additional hook (using existing footage).

Premium/specialized: €180-280 for bilingual, niche expertise (beauty application, fitness demos), or complex products.

Payment terms: Net 7-14 days after client approval. EUR via bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise.

What We Expect

Must-have:

  • Can deliver 9:16 vertical video with clear audio and decent lighting
  • Portfolio of 3+ UGC-style samples (not only polished influencer posts)
  • Respond to briefs within 48 hours
  • Accept written brief + 1 revision round in base rate
  • Comfortable with paid-ad usage terms (3-12 months depending on client tier)
  • Can invoice in EUR or accept PayPal/Wise

Nice-to-have:

  • Bilingual (local language + English or Russian)
  • Niche expertise (beauty, food, fitness, home, tech)
  • Prior experience with Meta/TikTok ad creative
