A: We manage backups. If a creator flakes, we reassign to another creator from our network. You won't know (and won't care) because delivery SLA stays the same.

A: Yes (optional). We can show you 2-3 creator options and you pick your favorite face. Or trust our matching and save time.

A: All packages include 1-2 revision rounds (depending on tier). If content objectively fails the brief (wrong product, off-brand, unusable quality), we'll remake it at no charge.

A: Spark: 1 round. Pulse: 1 round. Engine: 2 rounds. Revisions = minor changes to existing footage. Major changes (re-shoot, new script) discussed separately.

A: Yes. In your brief, specify: age, gender, language, niche (beauty, fitness, etc.). We'll match accordingly.

A: Portfolio review (3+ UGC samples), sample test shoot, responsiveness check, language capability, rate alignment, usage rights flexibility.

A: We own the raw footage. You get a usage license for organic social (unlimited) + paid ads (duration by tier). You can edit, add music, repurpose—just within usage terms.

A: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Google (YouTube), and similar. Not traditional TV or cinema (unless extended rights purchased).

A: Yes, unlimited. Post on your Instagram, website, email, etc. forever. Paid-ad rights have a time limit; organic doesn't.

A: Extended rights or perpetual license available as add-on (+50-100% of package price). Just ask.

A: Our focus is Baltics/Nordics for now. If you're selling to Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian buyers, we can help. Otherwise, we're not the right fit yet.

A: No. We create ad assets. Creators don't post on their own accounts. If you need influencer campaigns (organic posts, brand awareness), check out Modash or local influencer agencies.

A: Engine tier includes monthly async learning note (performance insights, what hooks worked, what to test next—delivered via email, no call). Spark/Pulse get light creative direction but not full consulting.

A: Our focus is DTC physical products (beauty, food, fitness, home, fashion). B2B needs different creative (case studies, demos, testimonials)—not our specialty.
